Yesterday, 29th april, the Algerian National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRAA) hosted the official launch of its 60th anniversary celebrations, in an atmosphere filled with emotion and remembrance of those we lost throughout six decades of agricultural research.
The event was a resounding success. The documentary produced by the National Institute of Agricultural Extension (INVA) received highly positive feedback, with special thanks extended to the technical team led by Director General Mr. Qrishi. Many former colleagues attended and joined current researchers in celebrating this milestone.
The speeches delivered by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, and the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research were inspiring. Both expressed their satisfaction, with the Minister of Agriculture seizing the occasion to provide valuable guidance to researchers, while the Minister of Higher Education reaffirmed his ministry’s readiness to strengthen cooperation with INRAA to advance agricultural scientific research.
With this official launch, INRAA renews its commitment to innovation and collaboration in service of food security and sovereignty, continuing its mission to contribute to sustainable development in Algeria.
